About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain Group HR policies and standards across multiple regions
- Manage and develop a team of Regional HR Business Leads
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection for senior leadership and C-level positions
- Oversee the Group HR ERP system to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency
- Coordinate group-wide training administration and compliance learning
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and management metrics
- Support HR audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance management issues
- Oversee office facility and administrative requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including HR operations and administration
- Previous leadership experience managing HR teams
- Experience working across multiple countries or regions
- Strong knowledge of HR ERP systems
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Fluent in English
