Group Head/Sr. Manager - Media & Business

Responsibilities

• Own and drive digital media and performance marketing campaigns across BFSI, FMCG, and affluent business portfolios.
• Execute end-to-end media planning, buying, and campaign management across PPC, Display, Facebook, YouTube, Programmatic, UAC, and Mobile App Marketing.
• Drive optimization strategies to improve customer acquisition, digital sales, up-selling, and cross-selling.
• Manage affiliate marketing and direct publisher buying.
• Partner with analytics, creative, and publisher teams to ensure campaign success.
• Perform creative performance analysis and web/traffic analysis to track organic and direct website performance.
• Define and track KPIs across various channels including Organic, Direct, Affiliates, Referral, Social, and Paid.
• Manage client relations and expectations effectively.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in digital media and performance marketing.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Proficiency in Google Ads (AdWords) and Facebook Business Manager.
• Knowledge of DV 360, Twitter, and LinkedIn Business.
• Strong experience in media planning and strategy.
• Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing funnels.
• Understanding of omni-channel campaigns and marketing automation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
