WPP is the creative transformation company. WPP Media is WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, bringing together media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalisation at scale through the WPP Open platform.

Responsibilities

  • Transform digital media buying from manual processes to data and technology-driven buying
  • Lead the training, growth, and career development of the local programmatic team
  • Enforce DV360 and TrueView best practices to ensure quality and consistency
  • Develop strong relationships with regional WPP Media teams in Europe, U.S., and Asia
  • Participate in business proposals and lead the programmatic element in group pitches
  • Serve as a point of escalation for the team and resolve operational challenges
  • Provide support for capacity planning and resource management

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in digital media, preferably within a media agency or trading desk
  • Hands-on experience with programmatic platforms and campaign execution
  • Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform (DV360, CM, GA360)
  • Experience with UAC/App Campaigns and top AdTech/MarTech platforms
  • Knowledge of DSP and exchange revenue streams and negotiation of trading benefits
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts like lookalike modeling and cookie mapping to non-technical stakeholders
  • Competency in Microsoft Office software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing relationships with local publishers, programmatic product partners, and data providers
  • Experience in client decks, programmatic strategy, and new business pitches
  • Deep understanding of programmatic trading models and their impact on inventory quality and monetization
