Responsibilities
- Lead the development of integrated 360-degree media strategies across offline, digital, performance, and earned channels
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients to deliver media solutions that drive measurable impact
- Manage workloads and provide clear direction for the planning team
- Coach and develop team members to elevate strategic thinking
- Introduce innovative, non-linear media strategies and first-to-market ideas
- Design end-to-end consumer journeys connecting awareness, engagement, and conversion
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in media planning, integrated marketing, or communications strategy
- Proven experience handling senior stakeholders and leading strategic planning for multiple brands
- Strong understanding of integrated media strategy across offline, digital, and performance channels
- Familiarity with data-driven planning, measurement frameworks, and attribution models
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate insights into strategic narratives
