Group Head of Reporting

Responsibilities

• Own the production of the CEO daily KPI pack and the C-Suite weekly scorecard.
• Build and maintain departmental dashboards across Marketing, Finance, Trading, CSR, and Compliance.
• Author and maintain Power BI semantic models on the Microsoft Fabric Gold warehouse using DAX.
• Configure and audit Row-Level Security (RLS) on all datasets containing client-identifiable data.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment with the canonical KPI Dictionary.
• Automate refreshes, alerts, and distribution to ensure real-time insights for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Business, Marketing, and Tech teams to deliver high-impact reporting solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building production Power BI reports, including semantic models, DAX, RLS, and deployment pipelines.
• Strong SQL skills for ad-hoc analysis and authoring the semantic layer.
• Proven experience publishing recurring executive reporting packs (daily, weekly, or monthly) under strict SLAs.
• Expertise in managing the end-to-end KPI lifecycle from business definition to executive consumption.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to scope requirements and provide constructive pushback.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regulated industries such as CFD/FX brokerage, banking, asset management, or insurance.
• Familiarity with CySEC, MiFID II, or equivalent regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric semantic-model authoring (Direct Lake, Import, and DirectQuery).
• Knowledge of Power BI Embedded or equivalent external-reporting products.
