About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the TakealotMORE strategy to drive multi-platform adoption, retention, and revenue growth
- Own the long-term vision for the subscription loyalty program, incorporating innovative features and partnerships
- Define initiatives to drive subscription growth and optimize member benefits
- Lead brand and marketing strategies unique to TakealotMORE across multiple channels
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to enhance user experience and loyalty feature integration
- Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) of TakealotMORE by monitoring program economics and KPIs
- Oversee the evolution of the loyalty program using emerging technologies like AI and machine learning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 7 - 10 years of commercial experience
- Proven track record of P&L management and delivering revenue-enhancing programs
- Experience presenting to senior managers and the C-suite
- Experience handling cross-functional collaboration within large matrix organizations
- Strong data analysis, manipulation, and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or related advanced degree
- Experience in the tech sector or building a product from the ground up
