Group Head of Finance

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly country-wise and consolidated Group P&L
• Manage monthly management accounts and cash flow statements
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Monitor revenue, EBITDA, working capital, and financial performance
• Oversee treasury, banking, cash flow, and foreign exchange management
• Ensure statutory audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting
• Strengthen financial controls and drive finance process improvements

Requirements

• Qualified CA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA
• 12–15 years of finance leadership experience
• Expertise in financial reporting, Group consolidation, treasury, and budgeting
• Experience with multi-country finance operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Fintech, Technology, Telecom, or Consumer Finance
