Group Head Connection Planning

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of integrated 360-degree media strategies across offline, digital, performance, and earned channels
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients to deliver media solutions that drive measurable impact
• Serve as the anchor for the planning team by providing direction, managing workloads, and coaching team members
• Introduce innovative, non-linear media strategies and first-to-market ideas
• Monitor industry trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities
• Design end-to-end consumer journeys connecting awareness, engagement, and conversion

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in media planning, integrated marketing, or communications strategy
• Proven experience handling senior stakeholders and leading strategic planning for multiple brands
• Strong understanding of integrated media strategy across offline, digital, and performance channels
• Familiarity with data-driven planning, measurement frameworks, and attribution models
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams
• Strong capability to interpret complex data and translate insights into strategic narratives
