Group Head - Commerce

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic account management and serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships.
• Oversee end-to-end advertising account execution across platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, Myntra, Nykaa, and Tata1MG.
• Guide teams in planning and executing paid media strategies to optimize reach, conversions, and profitability.
• Drive new business development through category research, competitive analysis, and comprehensive brand audits.
• Conduct detailed analysis of ecommerce and business data to uncover growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Mentor and manage Managers to facilitate upskilling and leadership development within the team.
• Implement ecommerce best practices to improve market share and maximize brand performance.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in advertising account management.
• Deep expertise in Amazon, Flipkart, and other major ecommerce platforms.
• Proven experience in strategic account leadership and client relationship management.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills and ability to analyze complex ecommerce datasets.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and mentorship.
• Proactive, agile mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with API integration and technical ecommerce experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving digital marketing environment.
