Group Fitness Instructor

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging group fitness classes that create a sense of community and deliver fun, results-focused workouts
• Ensure Group Fitness Studio cleanliness and building/equipment maintenance and safety
• Provide customer service and address participant questions and concerns
• Solicit feedback about classes and promote gym and Group Fitness offerings
• Maintain timeliness, member satisfaction, and class size growth
• Report incidents and injuries promptly

Requirements

• Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification
• Valid CPR/AED Certification
• Dependable and consistent with class schedule start and end times
• Positive and professional attitude toward members
• Strong communicator with excellent cueing ability
• Energetic fitness role model and motivator
• Good musicality and ability to stay on the beat
• Highly organized and adaptable to various situations
• Team player willing to jump into any task
