About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging group fitness classes that build community and deliver results-focused workouts
- Maintain Group Fitness Studio cleanliness, equipment safety, and building maintenance standards
- Provide excellent customer service and solicit participant feedback to improve class experience
- Ensure timeliness, member satisfaction, and class safety while reporting incidents or injuries
- Pursue continuing education to stay current with fitness trends and instruction techniques
Requirements
- Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification
- Valid CPR/AED Certification
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, organized, and energetic with a team-player mentality
- Ability to adapt quickly and serve as a positive fitness role model
- Good musicality and clear cueing for class instruction
