Group Fitness Instructor

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging group fitness classes that create a sense of community and deliver fun, results-focused workouts
• Ensure class starts and ends on time while maintaining a positive, professional attitude toward members
• Maintain Group Fitness Studio cleanliness, equipment safety, and building maintenance standards
• Solicit participant feedback and address questions and concerns to enhance member satisfaction
• Report incidents and injuries promptly while upholding safety protocols

Requirements

• Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification
• Valid CPR/AED Certification
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Energetic and dependable with excellent time management
• Ability to motivate members and serve as a fitness role model
