Group Fitness Instructor

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, results-focused group fitness classes that build community and make every member feel successful
• Maintain Group Fitness Studio cleanliness, equipment safety, and building maintenance standards
• Engage participants, answer questions, solicit feedback, and provide outstanding customer service
• Start and end classes on time while monitoring class size and member satisfaction
• Report incidents and injuries promptly and uphold all safety protocols
• Pursue continuing education to enhance instruction and professional growth

Requirements

• Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification
• Valid CPR/AED Certification
• Clear communicator who cues well and adapts quickly to various situations
• Dependable, organized, and consistent with class schedules
• Energetic team player and fitness role model with strong customer service mentality
