Group Fitness Instructor

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging group fitness classes that build community and deliver results-focused workouts
• Ensure studio cleanliness, equipment safety, and proper maintenance
• Provide excellent customer service and address member questions and concerns
• Maintain punctual and consistent class start and end times
• Monitor class size, member satisfaction, and safety while reporting incidents or injuries

Requirements

• Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification
• Valid CPR/AED Certification
• Customer service mentality with strong communication skills
• Dependable, organized, and energetic demeanor
• Ability to motivate members and serve as a fitness role model
• Good musicality and clear cueing skills
