About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging group fitness classes that build community and deliver results-focused workouts
- Ensure timeliness, member satisfaction, class safety, and incident reporting
- Maintain studio cleanliness, equipment safety, and overall facility upkeep
- Provide outstanding customer service and promote gym programs to members
- Complete continuing education to enhance instruction and class quality
Requirements
- Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification
- Valid CPR/AED Certification
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized, dependable, and energetic
- Ability to adapt quickly and collaborate as a team player
- Good musicality and clear cueing ability
