Responsibilities
- Lead engaging group fitness classes that build community and deliver results-focused workouts
- Maintain studio cleanliness, equipment safety, and a positive environment
- Provide excellent customer service and solicit member feedback
- Ensure timeliness, monitor class size, and report any incidents or injuries
- Promote the gym and Group Fitness programs to members
Requirements
- Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification
- Valid CPR/AED Certification
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependability and consistent schedule adherence
- Energetic presence with musicality and clear cueing ability
