Responsibilities
- Lead engaging, results-focused group fitness classes that build community and ensure every member feels successful
- Maintain Group Fitness Studio cleanliness, equipment safety, and building maintenance standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and address participant questions and concerns professionally
- Report incidents and injuries promptly while upholding safety protocols
Requirements
- Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification
- Valid CPR/AED Certification
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, organized, and energetic presence with excellent timeliness
- Ability to adapt quickly and work collaboratively as a team player
