Responsibilities
- Lead fun, results-focused group fitness classes that create a sense of community and make every member feel successful
- Maintain Group Fitness Studio cleanliness and equipment safety
- Provide excellent customer service and solicit member feedback
- Ensure timeliness, monitor class size, and report any incidents or injuries
- Pursue continuing education to enhance instruction quality
Requirements
- Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification
- Valid CPR/AED Certification
- Strong customer service mentality and communication skills
- Dependable, organized, energetic, and adaptable team player
- Good musicality and clear cueing ability
