Group Fitness Instructor

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging group fitness classes that build community and deliver fun, results-focused workouts
• Maintain studio cleanliness, equipment safety, and building maintenance standards
• Provide exceptional customer service and solicit member feedback to enhance class experience
• Ensure timeliness, drive member satisfaction, and grow class attendance
• Report incidents and injuries promptly to maintain a safe environment

Requirements

• Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification
• Valid CPR/AED Certification
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Energetic, organized, and dependable team player
• Ability to adapt quickly to various situations and member needs
• Good musicality and clear cueing ability for class instruction
