Group Financial Planning & Reporting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS
• Support the Group Financial Reporting Manager and CFO in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
• Prepare quarterly Board reports and reporting to external stakeholders
• Perform financial planning & analysis (FP&A) including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Monitor budgets of subsidiaries to ensure alignment with group targets
• Identify, develop, and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models and reports in MS Excel
• Coordinate with finance teams across all subsidiaries to ensure alignment with group reporting standards
• Analyze financial performance to identify risks and opportunities
• Support internal and external audit requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA
• 4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably at a holding company or Group level
• Proven experience in FP&A, financial reporting, and budgeting in the manufacturing sector
• Good knowledge of IFRS and financial consolidation
• Experience in commercial and operational finance and product costing concepts
• Advanced MS Excel skills including financial modeling and complex formulas
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
