Group Financial Planning Analyst

Responsibilities

• Administrate the Group's financial applications, including testing developments and correcting anomalies
• Manage monthly closing and forecast activities
• Review accounting records for correct accounts and allocations
• Collaborate with IT to resolve data inconsistencies and tool errors
• Develop evolution plans for Group instruments and Oracle ERP Tool
• Review data inputs with Division managers
• Provide guidance to stakeholders regarding Oracle ERP functionality
• Optimize reports for data analysis and update internal documentation

Requirements

• Significant knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, or cost control
• Experience with data reconciliation and databases
• Extensive knowledge of Excel
• Proficiency with Essbase Oracle, SmartView, HFM, or ERP systems
• Advanced written and spoken English skills
• Experience in video games production or Software/IT industry is a plus
• Experience in ERP systems deployment is a plus
