Responsibilities
- Business Partnering: Deep-dive into business units to understand operational drivers and translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- FP&A & Strategic Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning while analyzing variances
- Policy & Framework Development: Design and implement effective financial policies and internal control frameworks across the group
- Financial Management: Oversee full-set accounting, group consolidation, and tax compliance
- Process Optimization: Streamline financial workflows and enhance data transparency
Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience
- Solid foundation from a Big 4 accounting firm
- CPA qualification
- Native Mandarin speaker
- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Exceptional analytical skills with an FP&A focus
- High level of self-drive, resilience, and flexibility
