Group Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile intercompany balances and support statutory financial statements
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
• Perform variance analysis and prepare financial reports and dashboards
• Own the month-end close process, including journals, accruals, and prepayments
• Monitor group cash positions and prepare regular cash flow reports
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and transfer pricing documentation
• Maintain data integrity within the ERP system and drive process automation

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent
• CPA, CA, or ACCA qualification
• 7-9 years of relevant finance or accounting experience
• 1-2 years in a multi-entity or group finance environment
• Solid working knowledge of IFRS
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience in technology, SaaS, or subscription-based business preferred
• Familiarity with transfer pricing and SaaS revenue recognition
