Group Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage financial control processes, reporting, and governance for holding and servicing entities across the FNZ Group
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of Group ledgers and oversee balance sheet reconciliations
• Lead month-end close processes and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting
• Ensure all financial reporting is prepared in accordance with IFRS and Group accounting policies
• Lead the preparation of statutory accounts for specific Group entities and support audit readiness
• Act as the primary contact for external auditors and coordinate audit deliverables
• Oversee indirect VAT return processes and support tax compliance and reporting requirements
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals to ensure high performance
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across finance, treasury, and FP&A

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent)
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
• Strong experience in statutory financial reporting under IFRS
• Experience in financial control processes within a multi-national group
• Experience working in multi-currency environments
• Prior experience in audit or technical accounting, ideally within financial services
