Group Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive monthly management reporting packs
• Lead financial performance reviews with senior leadership, including the CEO and CFO
• Provide detailed analysis of business stream financial performance and actionable insights
• Business partner with the Minerals EGM and leadership team on budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Support preparation of financial content for investor and board presentations
• Conduct financial modelling for greenfield investments, CAPEX, and ROI analysis
• Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with capital investment decisions
• Support M&A activity including due diligence, integration planning, and performance tracking
• Implement advanced forecasting techniques to improve accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 12 years' experience in a finance business partner role
• Experience working within large, multinational organisations
• Proficiency in financial software such as Oracle, Pronto, or TM1
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or CPA qualification
