Group Director, Integrated Media Investment

Responsibilities

• Create overall strategic investment roadmaps and tactical recommendations across all channels
• Lead budget investment and define platform/buying methods (Social, PMP, Direct, etc.)
• Act as the central lead for total investment, collaborating with account, strategy, and analytics teams
• Manage client media activation, including agenda, timelines, and delivery
• Lead RFPs, including ideation, issuance, assessment, and negotiations
• Develop and manage strategic partnership plans and joint business plan negotiations
• Oversee efficient business processes and mentor team members

Requirements

• 12+ years of media experience with an emphasis on investment
• Strong media foundation across all channels
• Significant experience in client-facing roles for high-profile clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and awareness of media trends
• Ability to work in a hybrid manner in New York (2-3 days per week)
