About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of core Experience Strategy deliverables, including Website/IVA Strategy, Omnichannel Plans, and Content Plans.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights and translate them into compelling strategic recommendations for clients.
  • Map end-user needs and user flows to reduce friction and identify emotional connection points while ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.
  • Ensure alignment with overall brand strategy by creating tactical briefs and implementation documentation for program execution.
  • Determine omnichannel maturity and enable transformation and modular readiness across various brands.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop innovative deliverables that drive client success and agency growth.
  • Support organic growth and new business initiatives alongside Experience Strategy leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Omnichannel Strategy, Experience Strategy, Digital Strategy, or a related field.
  • Mandatory experience in Oncology due to specific client assignments.
  • Proven experience within the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Healthcare marketing industries.
  • Deep understanding of creating omnichannel experiences for both Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and patients/caregivers.
  • Proficiency with digital collaboration and journey mapping tools such as Miro, Mural, or Airtable.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms like Veeva, Salesforce, or Adobe.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
