About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of core and advanced Experience Strategy deliverables including Website/IVA Strategy and Omnichannel Plans
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Ensure alignment with brand strategy and create tactical briefs and implementation documentation
- Determine omnichannel maturity and enable transformation across brands
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop innovative deliverables for client success
- Support organic growth and new business initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Omnichannel Strategy, Experience Strategy, or Digital Strategy
- Mandatory experience in Oncology
- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Healthcare Marketing industries
- Deep understanding of creating omnichannel experiences for HCPs and patients/caregivers
- Proficiency with digital collaboration tools like Miro, Mural, or Airtable
- Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe
- Adept at using AI systems and frameworks
