About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end budget operations including planning, investment data, and full budget lifecycle management
- Design and optimize scalable cross-functional processes and media planning playbooks
- Oversee strategic coordination of daily process operations and cross-functional alignment
- Serve as the primary day-to-day operational contact for Merck clients regarding procurement and finance
- Manage centralized account governance, compliance training, and resource management
- Drive automation and implement operational tools like MediaTools and Mediaocean
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 15 years of progressive media operations experience
- Proven experience managing large, complex client accounts
- In-depth understanding of media workflows and the media dollar lifecycle
- Experience with tools such as Mediaocean, Prisma, or MediaTools
- Strong leadership and strategic partnership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Significant experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in media planning or buying
