About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the day-to-day client leader and advisor to motivate innovation
- Lead the team to deliver high-quality work and ensure client satisfaction
- Author client proposals, recommendations, and strategic points of view
- Manage client reporting, budgets, authorizations, and billing
- Coordinate between clients and internal Strategy, Design, and Partnership leads
- Manage client expectations, agency resources, and deadlines
- Deepen relationships with clients' partner agencies
- Apply a client lens to all products to ensure they meet business KPIs
- Educate leadership on client business, culture, and industry
- Partner with discipline leaders to provide team performance goals and career paths
Requirements
- Proven ability to develop professional relationships with clients and vendors
- Experience driving projects from conception to completion
- Project management experience
- Background in consulting, marketing, advertising, or integrated communications
- Strong leadership and presentation skills
- Strong commercial acumen
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years in integrated planning roles within media, publishing, or communications
- 6+ years of experience managing and developing multi-dimensional staff
