About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of comprehensive B2B audience strategies and addressable frameworks
  • Create compelling audience narratives and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee onboarding and integration of first-party and B2B intent data into the Omni platform
  • Coordinate with global market teams to ensure consistent implementation of audience strategies
  • Lead and develop audience professionals in a high-performance environment
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior-level client stakeholders to drive account growth
  • Collaborate with internal strategy, media planning, and growth analytics teams
  • Stay current with AI and automation trends to enhance audience analysis and modeling

Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B addressable account strategies and pipeline growth
  • Strong understanding of buyer personas and account segmentation
  • Experience with DMPs, CDPs, and B2B intent data platforms
  • Proficiency with AI and automation tools for audience strategy
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-suite engagement
  • Proven leadership and team development experience
  • Deep understanding of B2B technology sales cycles and enterprise marketing

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B audience strategy or account-based marketing in an agency environment
  • Advanced analytics and strategic market research knowledge
  • Familiarity with Omnicom's Omni platform
  • Hands-on experience with B2B data partners like Bombora, Dun & Bradstreet, or LinkedIn
  • Experience managing strategies across multiple global markets
