About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create and drive the long-term Data Product vision, strategy, and roadmaps across Trips verticals to enable personalized customer experiences.
  • Translate business strategies into specific objectives and KPIs, measuring data health and success.
  • Bridge the gap between engineering and business domains, advocating for the customer while justifying data architecture and privacy compliance.
  • Resolve dependencies across complex data workflows and orchestrate cross-functional delivery in a high-scale environment.
  • Lead, inspire, and grow a team of Senior Product Managers, fostering a strong data product community.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders up to the VP level to manage expectations and generate alignment across the business.

Requirements

  • Proven Product Management experience, including substantial expertise in Data Product Management at scale.
  • Proven experience managing, mentoring, and developing teams of Product Managers.
  • Advanced data fluency, including strong knowledge of data governance, compliance, modeling, and consumption layers.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and storytelling capabilities to influence cross-vertical teams.
  • High technical acumen to collaborate with Principal Data Engineers and Architects on trade-off decisions.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from Amsterdam, Manchester, or London (UK).
