About the role

Responsibilities

  • Bring the CRM and loyalty transformation roadmap to life by turning strategy into practical plans
  • Evolve McArthurGlen Club into a more compelling loyalty proposition
  • Use customer data and insight to improve engagement, retention, and reactivation
  • Partner with Digital, Technology, Data, and regional teams to improve platforms and personalisation
  • Create scalable ways of working for consistent CRM and loyalty activity across the Group
  • Set standards for testing, measurement, and optimisation
  • Lead and develop the CRM and loyalty team through the transformation period

Requirements

  • Senior experience in CRM, loyalty, or customer engagement within a consumer-facing business
  • Proven track record of delivering customer transformation programmes
  • Understanding of CRM platforms, loyalty propositions, and first-party data
  • Ability to work across product, data, technology, and marketing teams
  • Strong commercial judgement and analytical mindset
  • Experience leading teams through change in a matrix environment
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to travel to European centres when needed
