About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and compelling copy for healthcare clients including physicians, patients, and payers
- Collaborate with art directors, account managers, and medical strategists on integrated marketing campaigns
- Ensure copy is scientifically accurate and compliant with regulatory guidelines such as FDA and AMA
- Present creative work and strategic rationale to clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
- Participate in new business pitches and contribute to winning proposals
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies in healthcare advertising
Requirements
- 5-7 years of copywriting experience in a healthcare advertising agency
- Deep understanding of healthcare marketing and regulatory requirements
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Ability to translate complex scientific information into engaging language
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating healthcare advertising expertise and diverse writing styles
