Group Copy Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Contribute actively to the creative team, taking full responsibility for concept and copy development
• Multitask and delegate to ensure seamless management of projects of varying types
• Serve as a liaison between creative and senior account team members
• Deliver advanced presentations and sell work externally
• Provide career-building guidance, mentorship, and support to the copy team
• Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
• At least 8 years of writing experience in marketing or advertising
• Extensive pharmaceutical HCP writing experience
• Expertise in extracting information from clinical sources and writing medically accurate copy
• Experience with complex projects involving internal and external teams
• Client-facing confidence to advance dialogue and sell creative ideas

Preferred Qualifications

• DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) experience
• Portfolio of branded or unbranded HCP collateral using a storytelling lens
