Group Copy Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for concept and copy development across various projects within the portfolio.
• Multitask and delegate tasks effectively to ensure seamless management of projects with varying complexity.
• Serve as a key liaison between the creative team and senior account members to meet strategic and business goals.
• Deliver advanced presentations to sell creative ideas to external clients.
• Provide mentorship, career guidance, and support to the copy team to foster professional growth.
• Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through inclusive behaviors and proactive bias management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience.
• At least 8 years of writing experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• Extensive pharmaceutical HCP and DTC writing experience is required.
• Proven expertise in extracting information from clinical sources to write medically accurate copy.
• Strong client-facing confidence to advance dialogue and build agency-client relationships.
• Ability to provide examples of branded or unbranded HCP collateral using a storytelling lens.
