Group Coordinator Lead - Trainer

Responsibilities

• Lead the training and evaluation of associates on material handling equipment (MHE) and classroom instructions
• Support and lead the site trainers
• Create effective training presentations and programs for individual functionality under the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Develop conceptual Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and detailed work instructions
• Perform initial training and cross-training for associates and outside workers
• Enter training information into the system and support operations as needed by leadership

Requirements

• 1+ year of training experience in a warehouse setting
• Proven experience operating different types of forklifts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of all warehouse departments and equipment
• Ability to work different shifts as needed for training requirements
