Group Coordinator Lead

Responsibilities

• Assign work schedules and monitor daily workloads for the work group
• Provide day-to-day direction, guidance, and training to associates
• Monitor associate performance and progress
• Maintain accurate and legible records or logs
• Review group documents for accuracy and legibility
• Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to the team
• Report unsafe conditions to the supervisor
• Assist with loading, unloading, picking cases, and replenishing pallets

Requirements

• 6-12 months of warehouse experience
• 6-12 months of forklift operation experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Forklift operator certificate preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with Stand up, counter balance, or pallet jack forklifts
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing small or large groups
• 2+ years of outbound shipping experience, specifically loading trucks
