Group Client Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-lasting partnerships with clients
• Ensure successful project delivery by meeting client KPIs and expectations
• Own account scopes, staff plans, and burn management to ensure profitability
• Lead strategic initiatives and tentpole projects aligned with client objectives
• Drive cross-sell and organic growth opportunities across experiential, campaign, and digital projects
• Partner with new business teams to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
• Manage and coach client service team members to maximize performance
• Oversee account budgets and monitor financial performance
• Maintain rigorous quality control and performance standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Previous leadership experience at Director, VP level or above
• Minimum 10 years of combined experience in agencies, brands, or sales teams
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and client-facing roles
• Proven track record leading sales or operations teams
• Excellent presentation and client negotiation skills
• Deep understanding of current brand and marketing trends
• Extensive network of industry contacts
