Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s long-term vision, growth strategy, and global expansion roadmap
• Drive sales performance and develop global client acquisition strategies targeting UHNW investors
• Oversee the full real estate lifecycle including land acquisition, design, development, and delivery
• Manage overall P&L, cash flow, capital allocation, and operational efficiencies
• Elevate brand positioning locally and globally through international forums and investor meetings
• Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing executive team while fostering a culture of excellence

Requirements

• 15–20+ years of leadership experience in real estate development, investment, or luxury real estate
• Proven track record as a CEO, Managing Director, or Executive Director
• Strong exposure to the Dubai or GCC real estate market
• Expertise in real estate finance, development cycles, and P&L management
• Exceptional strategic thinking and a strong global network within UHNW and brokerage communities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with branded residences or ultra-luxury developments
• Exposure to global luxury hubs such as Europe, the UK, or the US
• MBA or an advanced degree from a reputable institution
