Responsibilities

• Support Category Managers in developing and executing global procurement strategies based on spend, market, and business analysis.
• Contribute to strategic execution, including supplier offer analysis and the negotiation of complex international contracts.
• Evaluate supplier performance, manage qualification processes, and lead business continuity plans (BCP).
• Align strategic supplier greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction plans with the Group's climate objectives.
• Participate in the deployment and testing of digital procurement solutions (iSource, iContract, iRisk) while ensuring data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in Procurement, Business, or Engineering.
• Over 7 years of professional experience within the industrial gases or electronics sectors.
• Minimum of 5 years of operational experience in Asian markets, including Key Account Management for instrumentation or semiconductor leaders.
• Proven expertise in managing complex international supply chains between Asia, Europe, and the USA.
• Strong analytical skills with mastery of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and value analysis.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in an Asian language is a significant advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a network environment.
