Group Brand Manager

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and plan new products by identifying unmet therapeutic needs and presenting business cases
• Lead new product launch planning, including designing positioning strategies and preparing product manuals
• Conduct post-launch audits to review performance and implement corrective actions to meet sales projections
• Oversee branding and promotional strategies in collaboration with advertising agencies
• Execute Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs to build relationships with healthcare professionals
• Manage and mentor the marketing team, including performance appraisals and talent development
• Develop region-specific sales plans by incorporating feedback from regional sales managers

Requirements

• Graduate degree in a Science stream
• 7-10 years of pharmaceutical product management experience
• Strong strategic mindset for developing long-term product strategies
• Proven analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor activities
• Financial management skills for budget development and resource allocation
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex medical information to stakeholders
