Group Accountant (Intercompany)

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and post intercompany invoices, accruals, and journal entries for cross-company locations
• Perform monthly global reconciliations of intercompany balances, payments, and netting
• Support the calculation of intercompany recharges in alignment with Transfer Pricing and Controlling departments
• Drive continuous process improvements and work on cross-departmental projects, including RPA and ERP enhancements
• Prepare intercompany analytics and reports for internal stakeholders
• Act as the primary point of contact for intercompany accounting transactions and policies

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in General Ledger accounting and Intercompany transactions
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field
• Solid accounting knowledge across GL, AR, AP, and Cash Management
• Proficiency in ERP systems; experience with Oracle is a significant plus
• Fluent English communication skills
• Ability to work in a self-directed manner with minimal management input
