Responsibilities

• Maintain the clean, beautiful, and welcoming appearance of the community
• Perform daily tasks including picking up trash and cleaning pet waste stations
• Assist with trashing out apartments
• Support maintenance and leasing teams with various tasks
• Perform light painting, housekeeping tasks, or other maintenance support as needed
• Operate equipment such as backpack blowers, power washers, golf carts, and trailers

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including prolonged standing, walking, bending, and stooping
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing 50 pounds or more
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, humidity)
• Strong reliability and punctuality
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
