Groundskeeper

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance of the property, including the community office, model units, and amenity areas
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as picking up litter, sweeping/blowing breezeways, and cleaning dumpster areas
• Manage landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, weeding, watering plants, and maintaining the sprinkler system
• Assist with pool maintenance and the application of fertilizers or herbicides as needed
• Support the maintenance team with make-ready units, cleaning vacant apartments, and replacing light bulbs
• Use and care for landscaping tools and equipment such as blowers and pressure washers

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of full-time related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in English (verbal and written); bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
• Ability to work on-call, extended hours, weekends, or during emergencies as needed
