Groundskeeper

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance of the property, including the community office, model, and amenity areas
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as picking up litter, sweeping/blowing breezeways, and cleaning dumpster areas
• Manage landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, weeding, watering plants, and pruning trees or shrubs
• Maintain the sprinkler system and use insecticides, fertilizers, and herbicides as needed
• Assist the maintenance team with make-ready units, pool maintenance, and other property upkeep tasks
• Perform general maintenance such as replacing breezeway light bulbs and assisting with notice distribution

Requirements

• Minimum one year of full-time related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and walk the property for extended periods in various weather conditions
• Ability to work on call, including after-hours and weekends as necessary
