Groundskeeper

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance of the property, including the community office, model, and amenity areas
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as picking up litter, sweeping/blowing breezeways, and cleaning dumpster areas
• Execute landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, weeding, pruning trees/shrubs, and watering plants
• Assist with pool maintenance and the upkeep of the sprinkler system
• Use insecticides, fertilizers, and herbicides as required
• Support the maintenance team with make-ready units and other property upkeep tasks
• Maintain landscaping tools and equipment such as blowers and pressure washers

Requirements

• Minimum one year of full-time related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and walk the property for extended periods in various weather conditions
• Ability to work on-call, weekends, or extended hours as necessary
