Groundskeeper

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns using push and zero-turn mowers
• Maintain landscape beds and remove weeds
• Perform seasonal leaf removal and general landscape cleanup
• Complete snow removal and apply salt/deicer during winter
• Pick up trash and debris throughout assigned properties
• Power wash sidewalks, building exteriors, and patios
• Complete light exterior maintenance including painting and fence repairs
• Inspect properties for safety concerns and communicate findings to management

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks across multiple properties

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to safely pull and maneuver a utility trailer
• Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, or maintenance experience
