Groundskeeper

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough cleaning and pick-up of debris or trash throughout exterior areas
• Maintain cleanliness of sidewalks, breezeways, parking lots, and green spaces
• Ensure community trash receptacles, compactor areas, and pet stations are well-maintained
• Assist with light landscaping tasks including raking, weeding, trimming, and watering
• Maintain cleanliness of pool decks, courtyards, and outdoor amenities
• Assist maintenance team with light painting and exterior touch-ups
• Conduct light checks and replace exterior bulbs as needed
• Help maintain shop and storage areas in an organized manner
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as storm or snow preparation

Requirements

• High School or GED equivalent
• Knowledge of yardwork and general facility maintenance
• Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of maintenance, repair, or HVAC experience
