Grounds Maintenance Worker (Facilities)

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of County facilities and grounds
• Maintain landscaping and grounds to ensure safety and aesthetic standards
• Assist with seasonal duties, including snow plowing and winter on-call requirements
• Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment and tools

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Two years of verifiable experience as a grounds person or landscaper
• Valid New Hampshire Driver's license
• Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with inmates in a correctional setting
• Light mechanic and/or small engine repair experience
